Concorde Tower will be a 45-storey residential tower with studio, one bedroom, two bedroom apartments, loft and duplex units from 378 to 2,300 square feet (35 to 214 square meters). The tower's unique design will be covered with contemporary glass facade and the tower will offers state-of-art technologies like reflective solar loading and shading devices.
Concorde Tower will be one of the many freehold towers being built at the Jumeirah Lake Towers, which is opposite to the Dubai Marina and next to the Emirates Golf Club. It is being built in plot H2 and was designed by Arif and Bintoak.
