• Smart City in Ajman is announced by Goldcrest Properties

Goldcrest Properties, has announced the launch of Smart City, a new Dh 2 billion freehold residential project in Ajman in the United Arab Emirates. Smart City will compromise of 8 luxury towers located across a development of 4.2 million square feet along the Emirates Road. 

Smart City will offer over 3,500 luxury apartments comprising studios, 1 and 2-bedroom units. The Giga Group has come up with in-house interest-free financing options with flexible payment plans for the real estate development in Ajman.
