The recently announced Eye of Ajman is a 6.27 million square foot residential and commercial project just off the main Emirates Road in Ajman. Comprising of residential, hospitality, office and retail segments, the Eye of Ajman project includes residential towers, lakes and gardens, all with ample parking.

- Payment plan - 10% on booking and 10% quarterly.
